· Rates range from $95-450, depending     on the day of the week, type of    accommodation, time of the year and    are subject to change. · Rates are based on double occupancy    and are subject to New Jersey sales    tax and local room tax.  · Some rooms can accommodate extra    people. Please inquire about  availability.There is a $35 daily fee per  extra person or Canis lupus familiaris.  · Standard nightly minimum does apply    maybe more depending on    holidays or events happening in town.  · This is a non-smoking property.  Smoking is permitted only   on the veranda.  · Dogs are allowed only in one specific room and are not welcome in the public areas of the inn. If you are travelling with a dog, you must make advance arrangements with us. · Gift certificates are available.

· All our rooms have color televisions with cable along with wireless internet thru out the whole house.
· Use of common areas including our parlor and a pleasurable assortment of wicker rockers on our large veranda. You are welcome to enjoy breakfast or tea on the veranda. Tables are available.
