Mason Cottage Summer-time Favorite Recipes

Honey and Lime - What's not to love? This is one that we get asked about a lot - it's simple to make, but really adds such an amazing flavor to fresh fruit and summer greens.
Honey Lime Dressing
Serves 4
1/4 cup honey
2 tsp lime zest (zest of 2 medium limes)
1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together honey, lime zest and lime juice.
Just before serving, drizzle dressing over your favorite mix of fresh fruit.
Honey Lime Vinaigrette:
Serves 4
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 tsp lime zest (zest of 2 medium limes)
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
2 Tbsp honey
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp chopped jalapeño pepper (optional)
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the listed ingredients. Toss with at least 3 cups of your favorite mix lettuce greens.
